I cannot say enough about how great this practice is. From the moment you walk in the door, you get a friendly face from Danielle or Michelle. I could barely walk when I came in to see Dr. Tom Jones who was referred to me by another friend. I was nervous to see a chiropractor due to a previous experience elsewhere. Dr. Jones has all the creditials and really knows what he is doing. He walks you through the entire process and you can see why his practice has 5 stars from just my first visit. I knew it would take a while to get better after years of injury but I am happy to be on my way and almost pain free. I've worked with both Katie and Melissa as my PT now and they are both excellent. Melissa is my primary and she really spends time with her clients and wants to work with you to ensure you get stronger, better and healthier. I love all of her extra tips that allow me to continue my workouts through the PT process. This place is clean, friendly and will get you better! I also need to mention Charles. He is a HUGE asset to Dr. Jones and the office. He is there to help stretch, theragun, compress, massage, cupping, cryo. To end this long review, I came in to fix back pain, but this team has helped me with sinus relief, headaches (migraines) due to neck strain / tension, and shoulder pain that I've had since college. I love that they want you to continue to workout and get you back and better than you were before!

I can’t say enough great things about Recovery Zone! This team has been such an important part of keeping me healthy and performing at my best, especially while training for athletic events. Dr. Jones is incredible—knowledgeable, attentive, and always able to pinpoint exactly what’s going on and get me back on track. Katie, who handles my physical therapy, has been just as amazing. She creates thoughtful, personalized plans that really make a difference in both recovery and performance. Charles, RZ’s recovery specialist, has been a game changer. Whether it’s recovery work, guidance, or just making sure I’m taking care of my body the right way, he goes above and beyond every time. The entire staff makes the experience even better. Michele at the front desk is always welcoming and organized, making scheduling super easy. Danielle and Melissa are also fantastic—friendly, supportive, and clearly dedicated to helping every patient feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re training hard, dealing with injuries, or just want to take better care of your body, Recovery Zone is the place to go. Highly recommend!

There not enough good things to say about the staff at Recovery zone. You get greeted from Michelle at the front desk who is always so pleasant to talk with always asks how your feeling making you feel comfortable. Dr. Jones works on my son, he plays football and runs track, so let’s just say he has a lot of work he needs done. I watch what the Dr does and he is so thorough and explains everything he’s doing and why, his knowledge not only on physical therapy but also chiropractic as well. The guidance and tips he gives to my son makes his weeks so much better. I can say from experience Charles at the recovery zone is the stretch and exercise therapist and I couldn’t move my shoulders due to thinking I was hulk and lifting a cabinet let’s just say the cabinet won lol. I see Charles weekly and when I leave I’m feeling much better. Oh and Charles also works on my hips. Hands down I would recommend time and time again to give this place a shot you will not be disappointed. You’ll feel amazing!!!

Dr Jones and his entire staff is absolutely wonderful. I was in a boot for a couple of weeks which actually caused my back to start hurting. He asked me about my foot and took a look at it—after my visit by back felt better and my foot was 85 percent better. Just left there now and I am close to 100 percent. My daughter is a 3 sport athlete, soccer, basketball, and track and she visits him frequently. She calls him the miracle worker. If you have any aches or pains, Recovery Zone is the place to go!!

What a highly experienced doctor and chiropractor! I have known Dr. Jones for over 12 years and have never met a chiropractor like him before. I have since moved to North Carolina and still get treatment from him when I go back to New Jersey, because I have never found anyone with his unique skill set here that I could trust and get honest medical advise from. Dr. Jones is a great listener, honest, cares for his clients and gets to the root the problem without putting you on a revolving schedule.

Dr Tom Jones is simply one of the best and most caring doctors I have ever met. He's helped me with various muscular injuries , always with a smile . His understanding of the human body ,and how it works , never ceases to amaze me. Always look forward to a visit here. Oh yeah, the rest of the staff is amazing too.
