Arav went to St. Joseph’s University, where he obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. He has vast experience in the field of orthopedics, where he has grown a passion for orthopedic and sports physical therapy.  Having been an athlete all his life, he enjoys using his knowledge of human biomechanics and anatomy to help bridge the gap between rehab and physical fitness. He is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), and uses that, in conjunction with his diagnostic and manual skills, to help patients of all ages and diagnoses to recover from injury and regain a functional lifestyle as well as return to activity.
